2026 Set Up & Takedown Camp

Learn the technical skills of handfighting to open up your opponent and score more takedowns. Improve your shot positioning and increase how often you score. 

All experience levels are welcome ages 7-18

*Note: This will be at the Acworth Location at 1605 Mars Hill Road, Acworth, GA 30101

We will focus on the following:
  • Getting your opponent out of position while staying in yours
  • Chain wrestling set ups based on predictable reactions. We will work on high-percentage set-up series.
  • Getting your hands and feet working together
  • Improved shot positioning
  • Developing a primary and secondary attack that you OWN
  • Corrective sparring & drilling (wrestlers will "play wrestle" in situations and we will help correct common errors)
  • Live matches & simulations
Price: $200
Schedule: Camp will run 9am - 2pm.
