2025 Thanksgiving Handfighting & Set Up Camp

Learn the technical skills of handfighting to open up your opponent and score more takedowns. All experience levels are welcome ages 7+

*Note: This will be at the Acworth Location at 1605 Mars Hill Road, Acworth, GA 30101

We will focus on the following:
  • Developing "heavy hands"
  • Getting your opponent out of position while staying in yours
  • Chain wrestling set ups based on predictable reactions. We will work on high-percentage set-up series.
  • Getting your hands and feet working together
  • Corrective sparring & drilling (wrestlers will "play wrestle" in situations and we will help correct common errors)
  • Video analysis
  • Live matches & simulations
Dates: Can choose between 1 or 2 days to accommodate holiday travel. 
  • Monday, November 24th - 9:00am - 2:00pm
  • Tuesday, November 25th - 9:00am - 2:00pm
