2026 Escapes & Reversals

Who: Wrestlers 7-18 years old. Must have at least 1 season of experience.

Goals: 
  • Pick bottom with confidence knowing you are getting out every time
  • Dominate hand control
  • Systematically chain wrestle between positions while constantly moving toward scoring
  • Learn how to defend leg riders
Format:
  • Focus on functional drills, fixing common mistakes and repetition of core techniques
  • Sparring (50% live) to develop a better feel for counters & scrambles
  • Live sessions incorporating common situations, short-time scenarios, matches and fun challenges

Price: $200
Schedule: Camp will run 9am - 2pm.
